Hi,

I'm trying setup parental control at Archer C1200, purposely to control my kids internet access at home . Already set the internet access time schedule, choose my kids mac address to control and put the restriction word for blocking unwanted website. When the time coming all the selected device still can surf the internet all the days, no restriction at all. It look like parental control not working.

Can someone advise?

Thanks.

@bazooka

Below is the instruction to setup parental control: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1531/

Please verify that the internet access is not the time period when you can access internet, instead, the parental control rule will take effect during this time.

You can follow this article to do some troubleshooting and correct  the parental control settings.

May it help and have a nice day.
