I have brought the range extender because we was not receiving wifi at the top of our housevents. We have followed the step by step instructions to install and it's connected to our WiFi box but when we try to connect on our devices it's telling us the wifi password we are entering which is exactly the same as our WiFi box is wrong

What is the led status of the TL-WA850RE? 

 

Please click here to forget the network on your computer and reconnect to the main router to verify the wifi password. 

Note: Windows 10 is taken as example. 

 

Then try to disable the wifi and re-enable it to connect to it and check whether it works. 

 

Besides, please connect your computer to the extender by wired cable and test whether you can access internet.
