Thanks for your reply;
We have had some feedback that some smart phone supports band 4 of 5GHz only in Bangladesh, from 149-165, while the Archer C20 supports band 1 of 5GHz only, from 36-48.
So it is suggested to verify whether the 2 smart phones do not support band 1 of 5GHz, instead, it supports band 4 only.
Nice day.

Many devices only operate on the 2.4 Ghz and not the 5Ghz. You need to check each device's specs.

On your device, try deleting (forget) the 5 Ghz network and then reestablishing it. Also remember that the 5Ghz does not have the WIFI distance that 2.4Ghz has however it is generaly faster. When you get near the edge of the WIFI covered area, the position of the router and the anteneas make a difference.

Please ensure that the 5GHz wifi led is lit up, and can it be detected by other wireless devices?
For the 2 phones, you can verify the channel used by the 5GHz detected by them or you can contact their tech support to confirm the 5GHz channel supported.
Meanwhile, what is the country version of the Archer C20 which can be found on the bottom label?
And where are you located?
Good day.

The router should be working fine if the 5GHz can be detected by other devices.
Have you ever tried to change the wireless channel of the 5GHz to verify whether it can be detected?
Meanwhile, the customer support said there is a firmware issue, did they provide more information?
And where are you located?
Besides, you can contact the tech support of the 2 smart phones to get some help.
Best regards.
