Model: Archer T4UH
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hardware version of the device : 1.0
Adapter operation mode : Accepts WIFI
Operating system : Windows 7 64
What antiviruses / firewalls are installed on the computer : no
Problem description : Put the router with Wifi distribution in two bands - 5Hz and 2.4. To receive a signal from a computer, I purchased an AC1200 T4UH adapter. In the 5Hz mode, the speedtest shows a low download speed - 5-6 mb / s versus 95 mb / s per download. Downloading any files is simply impossible. In this mode 2.4. Hz picture is completely different, the speed is much higher.
The signal level is high, all sticks.
A laptop and a phone at a greater distance show a jump speed of not less than 55 Mb / s at 5 Hz, perfectly pulling files. Tell me what could be the problem? Already updated the driver from the site - did not help.

@alexwazan

What is the speed you can get from the 5Ghz of the main router with the adapter? What about other devices?

With your computer connected to the wifi, please check the wireless negotiation speed. Instruction as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Besides, you can refer to the instruction below to do further analysis.
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/709/

There is a driver you can try to install manually to give it a go.
