@e3henri seems there is a new firmware for P9V2, it's version 1.2.13 january 17th (released feb 25)but I haven't found a way to manually install it as it's not showing up yet :(

Hi,

I downloaded the firmware (new) and it comes with a PDF instruction file that explains how to upgrade thru web interface, but for you to have web interface in the M9 V2 you need to upgrade first to 1.2.12 build : 20191218 Rel. 6301 (I did that upgrade thru a file that was shared in the forum), I will trie to upgrade as described in the pdf and I let you know the result.

Hi just updated the firmawe and now have 1.2.13 ..... but lost functionalities from 1.2.12 .... very strange , Now I canot see the devices connected to specific deco, canot manage mesh and canot access web interface ......

I hope I'm wrong ..... I can not belive this ........

Did anybody upgraded ? have the same results as I did ?

@FNB I can't even get 1.2.12 installed. even with my correct tp-link info it claims authentication failed

edit, got the update working found out I used capital letters in my username and the upgrade too does not accept those :)

I had 1.2.12 and updated to 1.2.13 thru web interface (that worked in 1.2.12, not working in 1.2.11), and now I have 1.213 but looks that gave a step back from 1.2.12 ........ reaaaaallllly weird and disappointing , I'm getting tired of this absurd pair of hardware and software, unfortunately here only are V2 available ........ so I'm stuck in this horror movies, let's see till when?

I'm going to contact the seller in order to return it (bought 3 months ago ....).

TPLINK, please hava something to say, at least to honor your name ..... let us know what is the roadmap for M9P V2 ?
