What's the difference between TL-SG108 v3 and v4?

I need to buy an unmanaged switch for my home environment, my requisites are the following:
- Gigabit
- IGMP Snopping v2
- Fanless
TL-SG108 seems to be the ideal choice for me, but I'm afraid to buy an old version. What's the difference between v3 and v4?

The unmanaged switch only supports IGMP Snooping V1&V2, does not support V3.

Sorry, I edited the post. I only need IGMP v2 for my IPTV setup, v3 is overkill for my needs. Taking that into consideration, which home switch is a fit?
The TL-SG108 v3 or v4 is a good option?

Their software features are the same, just the apprearance has some change. The TL-SG108 V3 has 2 leds for each port, while there is only one for TL-SG108 V4.
Considering the hardware, the V4 may be a better choice.
