May I know why do you want to block port 53? Please provide a detailed description of your network request.
Meanwhile, the ports are disabled by default, we need enable port forwarding to use some specific service.

I have installed NXFilter. It require to block port 53 (TCP and UPD).
You can read it here: https://www.nxfilter.org/tutorial.html#client-setup
"If you have a firewall you can force your users to use NxFilter as their DNS server by blocking outgoing traffic on UDP/53, TCP/53 port. Now NxFilter becomes the only DNS server your users can use."

As a common port used for DNS service, we do not block port 53.
While, if you want to use the NXfilter as the DNS server, you can change the DNS server under the Advanced-network-DHCP server page to give it a go.

Ok, for example, if i want to block the port 41235, what's the way?
Anyway, i have to change the "Primary and Secondary DNS Server" under Network - Internet - Internet Connection Setting, or Network - LAN - DHCP Server?

Thanks for your reply.
We confirmed the user manual again, there is no option to block some specific port.
Back to your case, to use the NXfilter as the DNS server, you can change under network-LAN-DHCP server page as a workaround for now.

Another question: I have a local ip static address (192.168.1.2 - 255.255.255.0 - 192.168.1.1), anything change about DHCP server if i don't use DHCP?

Sorry to respond late.
From the link attached, it introduces that you can setup the route table to block specific IP address; While it has nothing to do with port blocking.
For your question, to satisfy your needs to use the NXfilter as DNS server, you can change the DNS server under DHCP server page, while it won't affect the performance of the device which was assigned static IP.
Nice day.
