Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20181203 Rel 38849

Hello,

I have just bought and configurated 3 x M4 in my house . Access Point mode with backhaul setup. Everything works well and covarege is finally very good, but I have found an incompatibility with one of my smart TV Android based (TV Philips Model 32PFS6402/12 with lastest firmware).

Basically the TV see the SID correctly and the signal is full, but there no way to connect it. I have then retried then with my two old access points (different brands, Zyxel and Draytek) and it works correctly.

Password and stuff is obviously correct .

Simply TV thinks forever and then says there no connection.

What could I try ?

Thanks

Try to disable fast roaming. I have had the same problem with the same tv, disabling fast roaming worked for me...

@Helim

Try to disable fast roaming first, meanwhile you can go to more-wifi page to disable 5GHz to give it a shot.
