Model: Deco M5

I had to return a faulty Deco M5 unit and install another unit as the main unit.  Since then it has not been possible to connect to the Guest network.  I have reset the password / renamed the guest network in an attempt to rectify.  It continues to state, incorrect password despite it absolutely being the correct one.  If I remove the password option you can connect no problem, obviously I don't want to leave it without password access.

Anyone any advice please?  Thanks Jane

How many Deco do you have in total now? 

 

Have you ever tried to swap their locations to give it a go? 

 

What is the current firmware version? Is there any firmware available notification received on your Deco now?
