TD-W8970 and IPv6 RADVD Connection type
Region : Italy
Model : TD-W8970
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 0.6.0 2.1 v000c.0 Build 130415 Rel.34164n
ISP : Telecom Italia - Alice
Hi,
since it's been six months I'm trying to contact Telecom Italia and finally had a contact to understand how they implement the IPv6 stack in their network, I fully understand that they're using Router Advertisement such an option to give IPv6 addresses (not DHCPv6).
Since I'm contacting also the Italian support which gives me NO ANSWER at all (full silence) I finally decided to write here. And since you're talking about IPv6 in your support page (here http://www.tp-link.it/article/?faqid=482) and you tell that other IPv6 stacks can be fullfilled with the customers needs, I'm asking you here:
can you PLEASE add the RADVD (Router Advertisement) to the WAN connection of the IPv6 part?
Since it's the NATIVE method of giving IPs on the IPv6 stack, I'm sure it will be useful not only here in Italy but all around the world globally.
Thanks,
Julian
