Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I have a powerline setup with 4 x TL-WPA4220 when checking status using tpPLC i can see two of the connections dropping in and out.

When i ping the affacted TL-WPA4220 from the router i dont see any issues. Is there a problem with tpPLC not reporting correctly?

Any ideas?

@Bobster316

What is the light status of the 2 powerline adapters which disappeared from the tpPLC utility?

At that time, are you able to access internet from it?

With the device connected to it, please click here to check the IP address and gateway and send a picture of it to us.

Meanwhile, you can ping the main router from the computer to check whether it works.

You can swap their locations among the 4 powerline adapters to do a comparison test and ensure that the firmware is up to date.
