Hi,

This is my first TP-Link product and I must say I'm not very happy.

Unless this problem is corrected ASAP I will be returning the product.

Like the Subject say "Performance degrades over time Archer C2300"

Which means that after some time both download but mostly upload speed is reduced. I have a 250/250 Mbit connection. I get about 32 MB/s both ways.

When the router been operating for some time performance is reduced. I get at best 12 MB/s upload.

So how do I know it's the router?
Simply rebooting the router solves the problem.

Before rebooting the routher

Hi there, @Kevin_Z

Will try that as the next step. I was instructed to do a factory reset yesterday from support (chat) so I have. Now I'm testing everyday to see how long it takes before performance is degraded. That is ofcourse if it happens again after the factory reset.

Thanks for your reply.

You can take some time to do a test how long it takes before performance is degraded.

Meanwhile, you can try to degarde the firmware as instructed to give it a shot.

Any further problem, please let us know.
