What a crap this system. I experence many lockdowns and I cannot even trace why to do some debuging. How is possible that a 150euros device need to be restarted several times to work???

Sorry for the inconvenience caused here, we will do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it. 

 

Could you please provide a detailed description of the current unstable connection? Any specific symptoms?Like the light status, any error message when you try to join the wifi network?

 

Can you access internet from the front-end device/modem at that point?

 

How often it lost connection? 

 

How do you make it work? By restart it?
