Hi,

 

What kind of password you wanna change? If it is the wireless password or the login password, you can access the web interface of C1200 to do that.

Note: Go to basic-wireless settings page to change wifi password; go to system tools-administration page to change the login password. 

 

Or how did you change the password via app? You can show us a screenshot.
