I am also from israel, and my router has the EU label on it, but I tried to upgrade the firmware and it just game me this:

 

Error code: 4503

 

The uploaded file was not accepted by the device.

 

I need to upgrade the firmware because for the last couple of months my connection keeps on disconnecting and the only way to fix it is to restart the router, and it's a pain to do so every couple of days, if there's a good solution for it's probably the firmware upgrade I hope, thanks for reading !

Hi,

 

I confirmed the version as the current firmware, as you can see, it is not listed on the official website, and actually it is a specific edition designed by ISP's request in Israel.

So if you want to update the firmware, please contact your ISP to do so.

I have the same problem in South Africa. My ISP wants me to upgrade my firmware to Archer C20(EU)_V4_181213 and I managed to get it on the Global site but it comes up with an error 4503. The ISP wants to do it remotely but why should I have to hand over control of my computer to a remote person I don't know. If this is the only way that this works, I'll junk the TP-Link router and get another make. I will not hand over control of my computer.
