Firmware Version:

I'm using the powerline adapters TL-wpa4220 and TL-PA4010.  Im trying to connect them to my cable modem / router Technicolor DPC3848V.  The router is operating fine and i can connect via its builtin wifi and ethernet ports however there is no internet connectivity thru the powerline wifi.  In fact my phone is stuck on obtaining an IP.    The powerline adapter works fine on my other home';s network but not here.

Any clues on a setting within the router or power adapter i should check out?  There is no mac filtering enabled on either the router or powerline

Hi,

What is the light status of the 2 powerline adapters?

Please ensure that they have paired with each other, below is the instruction:

Please connect your computer to the main router with the same cable and same port to check whether you can access internet.

Any updates, please let us know.
