Is there any error message if you cannot access this website？

Below are some suggestions you can give it a go.

1. Try different end-devices and web browsers. Exclude the possibility that it’s the problem of one specific device.

2. Connect to the modem/gateway, by pass the router.

3. Change DNS on the computer/end-device.

4. Verity there is no filtering rule such as Parental Control on the router. Reset the router to test if necessary.

5. With Ethernet cable to computer, do MAC Clone.

If still the same, please try to ping this website and show us the ping result; meanwhile the network topology is needed as well.

@Kevin_Z Does method works now a days? I am facing same issue. If you assist me it would be awesome.
