I have an rental apartment in my basement wich is using my guest network. We both have Google Chromecast, and we are able to see eachothers chromecast in the Google Home app. Is it possible to make to individual and firewalled networks in the archer c1200?
Or do I need to buy another WiFi-router? Any ideas?

Only one Archer C1200 cannot meet your inquiry. For your situation, it is suggested for you to use a separate router for the rental apartment. The devices under different routers will be isolated by the routers.
