Firmware Version:

I have the AV600 Powerline. On the box it says I should be getting up to 300 Mbps. But I’m only getting 30 to 40 Mbps. How come?

To locate the iseue, please provide more details about your case:

1. What is the model number? How about the hardware version? Please find them on the device label.

2. How do you test the speed? How do you connect to the powerline device then? Via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?

3. What is the speed when connecting directly to your router/modem?
