Model: TL-PS310U
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I followed the guide at https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1622/ to setup a TCP/IP port for a printer connected to TL-PS310U. I tried both protocols raw and LPR but without any success.

Print jobs using the raw protocol are staying in the cue, LPR print jobs are leaving the print cue but still nothing is printed.

What can I do?

In the web interface of the TL-PS310U the printer is listed. I am working on a windows server 2016.

Thanks, Chris

Hi,

What is the model number of the printer?

With your printer connected to the Windows server 2016 directly, can you print successfully?

Have you ever setup the PS310U yet? Have you downloaded the utility on your computer?

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/tl-ps310u/#Utility

Besides, please make sure the device can communicate with Print Server; and ensure that the printer has connected  to the print server successfully.

May it help and have a good day.
