Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: RE580D(US)_V1_171114

My Range Extender RE580D cannot detect 5GHZ channel 149 153 157 161 after i update the firmware, But it has no problem detecting 5GHZ channel 36 40 44 48. Can someone help me are you also experiencing this problem, btw before i update the firmware there is no problem at all.

Hi,

 

For your information, the RE580D does not support 5GHz in band 4, that is the reason why you cannot detect the 5GHz when it uses channel 149, 153, 157 or 161. 

 

And we have confirmed that the RE580D does not support DFS function by default, do you remember the what the firmware is before you updated it?
