tpPLC App on Mac needs updating for Mojave after 10.13
The software that runs on the Mac, tpPLC is being depreciated after this current version of OSX. Is there a new updated version being prepared?

Can you please post an updated download link?
I cannot find the download on the official website.
The download from "http://support.tp-link.com/f/d115d7b85b/" does not work on my mac with Catalina.
Error message is that "tpPLC cannot be opened because Apple can't search for maleware in it"
thanks

The beta seems ok with 10.15.1 have been using it for over two weeks now. With no issue. When installing the software there was a warning that MacOS could not check for malware. I'm assuming this will not happen on the final release.

@Jochen Right click or Control click on the dmg. It will override GateKeeper.

Using "right-click" (CTRL-click) to open allows the user to open items that the OS wants to block because they are signed or similar. If the final product is digitally signed before release, this won't be a necessary step. So, your comments will help "now", but I would like to see this be signed properly before release so it isn't an issue with the final version (which seems is what was being asked by @Jochen).

@ember1205 Thank you for the clarity. I am very aware of how macOS works... and reading the replies again, Jochen seems to be unclear as to how to open the dmg. Whereas, it is Mych that seems to be requesting a signed final release. But thank you all the same...

Thanks for you replies. Yes I had problems in opending the dmg.
Meanwhile I received a download link, directly from the support. I'll try this:
"You may download the tpPLC utility at this link https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/tl-wpa9610-kit/#Utility
If it is MAC OS 10.15, you may download this utility http://support.tp-link.com/f/c2079fa130/?dl=1"

So needed to use tpPLC to add/check new device - tpPLC is broken in 10.15.
And the beta link mentioned says "File does not exist" so I cant even try that.
The absolute joke is these products are still being sold with this level of support.
Its not even like this is an old product. Sort it out TP Link.
*STILL NO UPDATE ON THE MAIN SUPPORT PAGE NOR ANY NOTE THERE*
