DNS Probing fails
DNS probing fails and kills off my internet, I´ve rebooted and resetted the device too often to even count and i am losing all hope.
Wifi itself has a connection of 80-90% (says the main repeater page) and its connected via lan to my tower.

Hi,
What do you mean by DNS probing fails and kills off internet? More details will be better.
What is the light status of the 850RE at that time? And what is the IP address and default gateway you can obtain with device connected to the extender?
Note: Here is the instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/
Meanwhile, can you get internet from the main router at that time?
Besides, it is suggested to troubleshoot and narrow down the root cause as below instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2233/
Have a nice day.

My Repeater loses its Internetconnection and after I log in into the Settingspage I find a log like this mostly: https://i.imgur.com/LulxSbY.png
In Chrome I get "DNS_Probe_Finished_No_Internet" or "DNS_PROBE_STARTED" during this time and I cant use any webservice. Its mostly triggered when I try to access something online and even more so if it needs a constant downstream of information (youtube videos or streaming in general)
During this Problem Ethernet, Wireless are blinking and my WiFi Signalstrengh gets down to 1 bar.
IPv4 is 192.168.2.132 and Gateway is 192.168.2.1
Yes, Main Router internet works as different devices only connected to it can continue using the internet.
Followed the Chart and im here contacting you. My Model is connected to a 2.4GHz network and I think the repeater itself doesnt even support 5Ghz anyways. All information to my product are above.
Thank you for your time

Hi,
How far away between the main router and the exender?
You still get valid IP address from main router even though there is no internet access, it is suggested to reset the extender and reconfigure it;
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-wa850re/v1.20/#video
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/698/
Meanwhile, you can move it closer to the main router to do a comparison analysis.
May it help and have a nice day.

The Router and Repeater are in two different floors of the house but the main repeater page says it has a 90%-100% Connection.
"Signal Received From Main Router/AP: 90%"
I´ve resetted the Repeater multiple times already and changed its position already as well.
Problem still occurs
