I'm here in the philippines running pldt fiber optics and for some reason during the initial setup my range extender is not seeing my host network. I've tried connecting by manually inputing my SSID and through the WPS. I've tried connecting every way the directions show even with the repeater right next to my router, but nothing works.. Please halp.

Hi,

What is the light status of the RE205?

Can it detect other wireless networks?

Back to your case, it is suggested to locate the extender in 3 meters away from the main router first, and then if still the same, please change the wireless channel of the host network.
