Hi all,

I have a new Archer C9 V5 that's connected to FTTP, Dynamic IP, that intermittently disconnects from the internet.  This is shown as an orange LED for the internet on the front of the unit.  Power cycling does not fix the issue and it only happens every week or two.

Going thru the Quick Setup a number of times will usually make it connect again.  But it does require quite a few attempts before it connects.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

TIA

Greg

Hi,

May I know who is your ISP?

With led became orange, can you access the web interface? If so, what is the internet IP address and default gateway at that time?

Meanwhile, can you get internet from the modem/NBN box directly when the C9 drops connection?

Besides, please follow the instruction below to do some test and tell me which case you belong to.
