Model: TL-WA850RE

Hardware Version: V6

Firmware Version: 1.0.0

Tried to update my extender's firmware to the latest version compatible with the v6 hardare model of this TL-WA850RE, it says "updating firmware" but it's been stuck at 0% for a few hours now and i don't know what to do, if i remove the ethernet during firmware upgrade it voids my warranty but it's stuck and don't want to brick my extender because there is no solution for this situation on the website.

Hi,

Please ensure that the device is powered up all the time;

Then you can try to refresh the firmware upgrading page and see what happen;

Meanwhile, you can unplug and plug the cable back to the extender to do a test.
