I had configure the VoIP service on my TD-VG5612. I can do and receive calls, I can hear the other people in the line but I can't talk.
What can be the problem?

The ISP Router has this kind of port forwarding ou port triggering, but I can't found it in my tp-link. I think that port 5060 is closed on tp-link

Hi,
I found that there are 2 entries under WAN table, may I know who is your ISP?
And what is the serial number of the router? You can tell me the first 5 digits numbers.
Good day.

Yes. Are two WAN conections. The internet traffic runs under VLan 100 and VoIP runs under VLan 2.
If I set the defaut gateway as the gateway from the PPPoE_2 the VoIP runs ok, but I can't surf on internet, Set the defaut gateway as PPPoE_100 the internet runs ok, and VoIP has no voice.
The Serial is 317A0.
The third image is from TIM router Sagemcom (a terrible router, the worst router they can send for users), you can see that in this modem the port 5060 is open to the PPPoE_2. I don't know if sagemcom router needs this setup or all routers need the same , but in TP-Link I can't do it.

Hi,
Thanks for your valued reply.
Based on the current information, the TD-VG5612 is a specific version designed based on ISP's request.
To fix your issue, it is suggested to contact ISP to ask them to reconfigure the router for you.
Good day.
