Hello,

Is there any error message if you cannot connect the device  to the powerline adapters?

It is suggested to forget the profile and reconnect to it. How to forget profile:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/search/?q=network+profile&t=FAQ&s=

Besides, you can reset the TL-WPA4220 and reconnect to the wifi.

How to reset : Press and hold the Reset button for at least 2 seconds to reset the powerline extender to factory default settings. When Reset is triggered properly, all LEDs will turn off and start on again.

After that, please check whether it works.

May it help. Good day.
