Hi

 

My wifi extender is not working after I've installed a new router at home. I've tried to reset it but after some green light flashing, the led becomes red. Please help

Hello,

 

After installed the new router, we need reconfigure the extender with the new wifi settings. 

 

1. Please reset the 855RE: With 855RE powered on, use a pin to press the button for 1 second to reset the extender.

 

2. Then you can follow the instruction below to configure:
