It is a known issue of tp-link routers to have problems setting the logs to be sent automatically to an email account. It has been a trouble since a while, I would like to know if such problem went away with some firmware update or it is still there. If you have properly set this feature, please let us know to those who have this problem.

It would be good if anyone could share what mail server is supported by tp-link routers.

this router don't support ssl, so I cannot find a public mail server such as gmail, outlook to apply on this settings

Hello, 

 

The router does not support SSL encryption, so the common mail server cannot be used to satisfy this function. 

 

Regarding to the firmware, not sure whether there is new firmware available to be released in the future, you can keep an eye on our official website then.
