I use TL-WA830RE as a reapeter and i have no problem with the setup. My problem is that the speed on broadband drops from 10 mbit to 0,3 with the TL-WA830RE both wireless and when i
connect my pc to the TL-WA830RE with the cable. Why do i lost so much speed? I have also tried to move the TL-WA830RE closer to my router and that make no difference....

wow, that cuts the speed so much. I heard that this kind of technology will strengthen the signal and somehow cut some speed.
how did you test the speed? you can try to test the download speed with some p2p software which will be more accurate.
turn off the 830RE, and how about the wireless speed with the computer to the router?
how many devices are there to share the bandwidth?
you could try to change the channel on the router.
