I turned my LED indicators off (using the tpPLC program) but only the one in the livingroom responds. The device in my bedroom does not. These LED indicators stay lit. How can i get these to turn off?

Hi, what is the model number of that unit?

With tpPLC utility opened, can you see the LED control option?
