Hey, my isp cable has an active internet connection when directly plugged in my device but when plugged in the router TL-MR3220 the hotspot seems to have no active internet connection. Yes, i've tried rebooting, unpluging and reseting it. any other suggestion that maight fix this issue?

Please connect your ISP line into the router's WAN port( the blue one), this light 
will come on, then refer to the manual below to login the router's management page.
Then connect a computer to the router with another Ethernet cable, open a web browser, use 192.168.1.1 or http://tplinkwifi.net to login the managmeent page, login username and password are admin.
Then go to Advanced>>operation mode, change to Wireless router mode, save. Go to Advanced>>Network>> Internet, choose the connection type to Dynamic IP, save. If you can see the IP address that under it changes to some numbers, that means it is working. If not, looking for MAC clone in the same page, click on Use current computer MAC address, save, check the IP address again.
