Hi, has anyone else experienced poor connection and dropouts since the latest firmware upgrade? Updated it this morning and my wifi is appaling and connectivity constantly drops. Is there any way of rolling back to the previous version?

Hi @Rioja
The firmware version 1.3.0 Build 20190529 Rel36613 is still under test, it is been pushed to some customers to test the performance with us together.
While if the current Deco works fine, you can wait for a while and keep an eye on our official website.

Hello I'm currently on 1.2.8 and having major speed issues with a 3 unit Deco M5. Connectivity issues are not that bad, just a couple devices going offline quite often, but the other stable. Is there a way for me to get the 1.3.0 to test see if the speed issues are being resolved with 1.3.0?

Try to customize the wireless settings. And please disable fast roaming, setup QoS as standard and clear all the high priority items.
Meanwhile, what is the led status of Deco when the connection dropped out?
How do you make it back to work?
Besides, what is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices to each other?
Good day.

@rohan20 I am also having problems since the update released on Jan 10th.
I cannot even ping devices on my local network with the exception on the default gateway.
My M5 decos keep losing connectivity to the main device.
I also want to know how to roll back to the previous release.
