Powerline has been used ok for a couple of years, but yesterday we lost the powerline light on two of the units. Reset both units and now all lights are on, but we are now getting the message No Internet Connection when trying to connect by wifi.

Any idease please

Please reset the powerline adapters first. With they powered on, hold and press the reset button for 10s to reset it. (you can get the instruction from the user manual as well)

Then Please re-pair them with the pair button, please ensure that the power led flashes after you pressed the pair button for 1s. Below is the instruction:

After that, please test whether you can get internet.

One more thing, please ensure that you can get internet from the main router by wired cable.
