Would you please describe your requirements on the parental control in details, and send me the screenshot of the settings on the parental control, so that I can confirm whether your settings are correct or not? Thank you!

If you choose blacklist but no key word, which means in the time you select, you can go to internet. If you want to block internet in the time you select, you need choose whitelist and no key words add.

Blacklist but no key word  mean they wont able to access Internet right ?

But when I try (normal google search , youtube , facebook) on the phone device , they still have the access to the internet.

Do I have to put something in the black list ?

Blacklist checked and nothing in list means nothing is blocked. Check whitelist and nothing in list. This means everything is blocked.
