I have just bought a TL-PA511KIT. The Powerline LED at the modem wall socket is Green but the LED at the PC socket is RED. The effect is to reduce my download speed from 56Mbps to 9.39Mbs? Any ideas on what might be the cause? Does the age of the electric cabling have an effect??
