TP-Link Archer C7 V2, V3, V4, V5?

I've owned an Archer C7 V2 for several years now without a glitch so extremely happy with it. Just ordered a new C7 from Amazon for my mother and received today. I was hoping for either a V2 or V5 but got V3 instead... is this version fine or should I send it back?

Actually have no idea what the differnces are between V2, V3, V4, or V5... just read bits and pieces of posts online.

I always like to get the latest version as there may be better hardware and software fixes. Having said that; with your good experience with the V2 and assuming your mother will not be pushing the limits of the router, I would not be to concerned. You could also give her your tried and true V2 and keep the new one.
