Normally, a home wireless router can be accessed via its TCP/IP address. If it is connected at home, it will most commonly have a private IP address, and of those most commonly it will be available going to https://192.168.1.1 from a laptop that is already connected to your home wireless (or via ethernet to the same router). Hopefully, you will need to provide a username and password to access the interface (if not, you may be giving away your Internet connectivity for free)
