Hi,

I have just installed my newly arrived Deco P7.

Installation was easy and straight forward.

 

Testing Internet speed from the APP's "Test Internet Speed" function results in 154Mbps for download and 15Mbps for upload. But that is the Internet connection for the P7 Router to the Internet. 

 

Running a SpeedTest from my mobile (One Plus 5T) results in 15.8Mbps for downolad and 11.5Mbps for upload.

 

I know that the P7 can obtain higher connection speed, so what's wrong with my setup?

It goes without saying that I am testing in close proximity with the P7 units.

I'm curious if you have an update on this? I just installed it Deco M9 and have similar issues. I feel like speeds are faster using my internet service provider router. Are there any changes I can make you?

I re-installed the P7 again and behold, throughput went way up, sometimes reaching 200Mbps.
