Someone with random on/off LED 2,4ghz wifi ? (But wifi still works - only LED is randomly on/off)

One Stair - maybe 5 meters diagonally - but if is off internet has same speed and go well - i checked on mobile in tether app
I will try a distance close to router - but i haven't any connection and speed problems. It is just curious issue.

I tried it a half a day - close to 1,5 meter to router without any barrier - and LED is still ON.
But if is LED off in downstairs how can be a good internet connection - and not e.g. red LED (low signal)
