hello. last week I was bought this device. It worked fine, but if I want use a wireless connection, device hadn't any reaction. I saw 0 wired devices in configuration panel. Is it a hardware problem? And how can I fix it?
try to update the router's firmware if it solves the problem.
I think firmware problem. sometimes, my c1200 also have the same problem, but they never release any new firmware for us
open a cmd window, and ping the router, you will see the device on the list. I think it is likely the device need to tell the router where I am, then it could recognize the devce.
