Having real problems getting iPhones to connect to TD-W9970. It just keeps saying either 'Unable to join the network .....' or incorrect password.

Password most certainly isn't incorrect. I've tried forgetting the network on the iphone and starting again but not got any further.

Has anyone got this modem / router working and can give me any pointers please.

Is firmware updated?

Did you try change wireless password? Like change wireless security type, or no security. Would it work?

That's the suggestion I can think of. It's better to contact tplink tec support directly to get some technicians to help you.
