Hello I connected my hdd to the archer c9 v4 and click scan but no disk is found , I also tried with to partitions of 3tb with same result. Tried a 1tb wd passport and worked, Anyone who can help me with this ? I'm clueless . Thanks

It will only work if it's formatted FAT32. It will not read NTFS drives.

You can also try formatting your HDD to exFAT. Worked for me.

the C9 usb3.0 port can not recognize USB Disk that have usbhub inside. so you can connect you disk to USB2.0 port, it works for me.

for what it's worth. I have 2 ntfs formatted 160 GB drives plugged into an archer c5 and they work fine. However the 3TB backup plus does not work and it is ntfs.
