Firmware Version : 3.12.22 Build 120424 Rel.39632n

ISP :

When selecting Wireless Security I don't have the option WEP but only:
WPA/WPA2
and
WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK
Am I doing something wrong?

Reset it and see how it goes. You should have "Disable security" and "WEP" on the same page.

change another web browser.

Reboot the TP-LINK and wait about 30 mins. Use different computers and different web browsers to login. The last but not the least is to reset it.
