Deco Android App - missing controls

Hi all,
I have been using the Deco M5's for a couple of months and haven't had a need to visit the App in a while on my Huawei P20 Pro (I've thrown the phone model in here in case this is the problem).
When I realised I wasn't receiving any reports on usage I went to the App to make sure I had opted to receive the monthly reports. However, when I have gone into the App I have noticed that the AV, Parental Controls, QOS and a number of other items are missing, along with the newly added DHCP options. I am running firmware version 20180819 (38100) on the M5's which I know to be the latest along with version 1.7.4 of the App.
I have removed the App and re-installed it but it makes no difference. I can communicate with the M5's locally and remotely so there isn't a problem there. However, I noticed the date and time recorded against Speed Tests are inaccurate, this leads me to believe that possibly the M5's are having troublke reachinng the NTP server to update the Time and Date on the units possibly. If this is so does anyone know whether this will impact the showing of the missing facilities in the App?
Thanks,
