TP-LINK Archer CR700 AC1750 WiFi issue

I recently purchased this modem/router and connected it to TWC highspeed. The wired connections seem to be working normally, however the WiFi seems to be taking a while to initiate every time its used. Like if I grab my phone which is on WiFi when I first pick it up it will be connected to WiFi but not have internet. After 30 seconds or so the internet starts working. This is the same with other WiFi devices in my home. Any suggestions?
