Hellosometimes I can not connect to the wi fi, via LAN cable is working properly.I can not find malfunctions from the admin area.the modem must be switched off and on again and the wifi will start working again.What can cause the problem?sorry for the language but I'm Italianthank you

Update the device and reinstall the wifi connection. It helps the wiFi to be work properly.if you still find problems in it, report it on Kaspersky support and take some suggestions from there and follow their guidelines.
