USB printer (Dymo) not recognised on TP-Link AC5400 v2

All latest firmware and OS.
Problem: USB printer Dymo Labelprinter not showing on USB 2 & USB 3 ports direct & using hub
TP-Link USB Printer controller shows a Dymo location 192.168.0.1 but no action can be done & Dymo
is not showing in printers and or in Dymo app.
Any suggestions?
