Archer C5400 open VPN not with dynamic DNS

I am running an Archer C5400 router behind a Fritzbox 5490 router from my internet provider (XS4All), on which I created an exposed host to the Archer router. This way the XS4All router shouldn't block anything that is directed to the archer C5400.
So for so goods, all my other equipment (mediaserver, home assistant, NAS) is remotely accesable, therefore it looks like the Archer has an open line.
When I create an open VPN connection following the instructions from TP-Link, I can't connect from outside my network.
Strange enough I started playing arround with the openVPN config file that is used on the client to connect and if I change the remote line with the exact external IP address, I can make a tunnel.
If I change the exact external IP adres in a TP-Link or NOIP dynamic DNS, it is not working. How can I fix this?
